I'm Chay Shields, the founder of Buildory. I build every site and tool myself and work with each client one to one, so the person who scopes the job is the person who builds it.

My background is in business operations, digital marketing and technical work, which is why Buildory covers the whole job and not just the code: the website, the systems behind it, and the marketing that brings people in.

Every project starts with a proper conversation about the business and what it needs, then a written scope with the price and timeline agreed up front. Nothing is built until you have seen the design.

Sites are custom-built, not WordPress, Wix or Squarespace, and you own the site and the code outright. After launch you get a walk-through and support from the person who built it.

Mostly small and local businesses: tradespeople, salons, gyms, waste and removals firms, and service businesses that need to be found on Google and look as good as the work they do.
